Précision sur l'inscription :	Inscription : F gravé sur le nimbe au revers.
Précision_sur la representation :	Culot végétal en fleuron portant la croix, montant et travers plats garnis aux extrémités de têtes de chérubins et relief dans un cartouche ajouré, portant des nimbes de rayons et flammes à la croisée avec quatre coeurs en bas-relief encadrant le reliquaire en forme de petite croix rapportée.
