Description :	Tombeau en pierre sculptée et sa grille en fer forgé. Mausolée disposé comme un enfeu, néogothique ; effigie de l'évêque en gisant, dans ses vêtements sacerdotaux. Clôture : 16 fins poteaux de fer forgé, formant dans leur partie haute des lancettes à volutes, terminés par quatre crochets rabattus vers le bas. Dans la partie basse, succession d'écus armoriés (armoiries de Mgr Bauyn).
